It is a configuration element of the intervention tools for the well completion. It is installed and lowered into the well as a part of the casing liner. It provides the connection and isolation of the tubular with the casing-formation annulus. The FRAC SLEEVE open/closing is carried out by moving the inner sleeve inside the housing.The FRAC SLEEVE looks like a branch pipe with the milled windows in the middle part of the housing. The sleeve structure allows multiple devices installation to execute multi stage frac.The sleeve is activated to open down position mechanically, using a shifting tool that can be deployed on a coil tubing. It canbe closed, shifting up position with a shifting tool by moving the inner sleeve up till it closes milled windows on the main housing.
